We provide an array of services that are based on individual and family choice, as well as the guidelines for various funding sources. Each service is individualized based on direct feedback from the individual and family. Our services include:

In Home Outreach – Many children and adults choose to live in their home, often with a variety of community assistance. Some of our in-home services include:

  • Respite – typically to help a caregiver or family member who is providing significant support to the individual.
  • Attendant Care – including direct physical assistance for the individual with such activities as bathing and grooming.
  • Habilitation – hourly support and skill development and companionship to increase individual independence.
  • Personal Care – a variety of services for the individual and family, focused on unique medical and personal requirements.
  • Housekeeping – light housekeeping that enables the individual to live more independently.

Besides the services identified above, we will work with individual circumstances to fashion customized services supportive of independence.

Residential Support – We offer both licensed and non-licensed support based on individual needs and preferences. Our homes range in size and location, with an emphasis on giving individual access to regular community activities. Some examples include:

Supported Living – residents live in a safe, monitored home with varying responsibility for their daily activities. Our employees often provide less than 24/7 support, but are also available for assistance in special circumstances.

Group Home Residence – residents live with one to three roommates in a licensed environment and 24/7 support, apart from weekday activities or employment. Roommates are active in planning their daily activities, but typically need more assistance than can be provided in a supported living environment.

Specialized Settings – specialized supervision is available to individuals who require intensive support for a variety of reasons. This type of support is negotiated individually and often necessitates close coordination with other community resources.

Enrichment Program – We are committed to making learning fun, while increasing independence and a sense of community. We offer weekday, after-school and evening programs to meet the varying needs and schedules of children and adults, as well as their families. Some of our specific activities include:

  • Living skills training
  • Relationship building classes
  • Horticulture and animal therapy
  • Movement and dramatic arts
  • Basic educational skills development
  • Volunteering in the community
  • Pre-vocational training
  • Experiencing community entertainment

We are currently expanding these activities to a variety of locations and times, including evening social events.

Employment Services – We are in the process of developing a variety of employment services to adults, from pre-vocational training to placement and job coaching, throughout Northern Arizona.

Consulting and Training Services – Through our existing staff and consulting partners we can provide individualized assessment and consulting, as well as training in many areas. Please contact us with your questions.
